We had a fantastic evening on Tuesday with the years 3/4 and 5/6 junior athletes. Some wonderful track running in both the 600 for the younger children and fabulous 800m times for those just a bit older!
We know that we have some brilliant field athletes amongst the juniors and the shot putt didn’t prove us wrong. With some great support and coaching by Emma Lloyd, there were some amazing distances achieved.
Thanks so much to everyone who came along and helped out and provided brilliant encouragement to the children. This was the first time we have done a combined event evening and it proved a real smash.
Well done to everyone who took part. You were all absolutely fantastic and the youngies coaches were really proud of you all.
