We have introduced a senior training session 7.30 – 8.30 Tuesday and Thursday evenings, these will be tough sessions designed for those who wish to improve and those who aim run competitively.

The plans are focused around the Clubs priority races – specifically the 6 and 12 stage relay events, below is a 6 week plan which we will continue to update.
